About me & the business
Yes. Automatízalo is a solo agency. I personally talk to every client, scope every project, build every flow, and deliver everything. There are no juniors, no account managers, no support tickets. The trade-off is I can only take a limited number of projects per month.
Usually 3-5 active projects max. Beyond that, quality suffers. If I'm full, I tell you on the call and we agree on a start date.
Each project has a buffer in the timeline for that. Once delivered, you have full documentation and can run things without me. For ongoing maintenance contracts, I notify you in advance of any unavailability.
Pricing & contracts
Most projects fall in the $10,000 - $20,000 MXN range (≈ $500-$1,200 USD) for small to mid flows. Complex projects with multiple integrations, fine-tuned AI, or custom dashboards can go $30,000-$80,000 MXN. I quote each project after the discovery call.
No. The discovery call (15 min) and the written proposal (PDF) are free. You only pay if you approve the proposal.
50% to start, 50% on delivery. For larger projects (>$40,000 MXN), I split it 40/30/30 (kickoff, midpoint, delivery).
You can. I keep what we've already worked on (proportional to progress) and refund the rest. I'll deliver the work-in-progress so you don't lose what was built.
Technical
Mainly n8n (self-hosted on VPS), Claude / GPT-4 / OpenAI for AI tasks, WhatsApp Business Cloud API for messaging, and integrations with whatever you already use (Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, Slack, etc.).
Yes, 100%. After delivery you have all credentials, repos, server access, and documentation. No vendor lock-in.
Two options: (1) on a VPS I help you set up (€5-15/month, hosted under your name), or (2) on cloud platforms like n8n Cloud, Zapier, Make if you prefer. I recommend self-hosted because it's cheaper and gives you full control.
n8n is open-source and has been around since 2019 — very stable. Claude/OpenAI APIs are productized by major companies. If something changes, I notify all my active clients and adjust their flows (free during the 30-day support window).

Yes. I work with clients in the US, Spain, and across LATAM. I bill in USD and we schedule calls in your time zone. All deliverables can be in English.
Yes, always. Send me your template before the discovery call and I sign it. If you don't have one, I provide a simple bilateral NDA template.
